What’s happening
Having multiple Blue J tabs open at the same time can interfere with your session and cause repeated login prompts.
How to fix it
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Close all open Blue J tabs
- Open a new browser window
- Go directly to: https://app.askbluej.com/
- Log in again
For best results, only keep one Blue J tab open at a time
Recommended setup
To avoid this issue in the future:
- Bookmark the login page: https://app.askbluej.com/
- Always start your session from that bookmark
- Avoid opening multiple Blue J tabs simultaneously
Use a supported browser
We recommend using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, as they tend to work best with Blue J and can help prevent login-related issues.
