If you’re new to Blue J, you’ll need to set up your account credentials before logging in.
Getting started
You will receive two emails from support@bluej.com:
1. Welcome email
Subject: Blue J - Your Access Information
This email confirms your account has been opened.
2. Password setup email (action required)
Subject: Blue J - Set your password
This email contains a secure link to create your password and access your account.
Step-by-step: First-time login
- Open the password setup email from Blue J
- Click the link in the email
- Create your password
- Go to the login page: https://app.askbluej.com/
- Enter your email address and password
You’re now ready to use Blue J.
Didn’t receive your password setup email?
If you didn’t get the email:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Search your inbox for “Blue J” and "support@bluej.com"
- Wait a minute or two (delivery can be slightly delayed)
If you still don’t see it:
Go to https://app.askbluej.com/ and click “Forgot password?” to request a new email
My password setup link expired
For security reasons, password setup links expire after 24 hours.
To fix this:
- Go to https://app.askbluej.com/
- Click “Forgot password?”
- Enter your email
- Use the new email sent to you
Being asked for a verification code?
If prompted for a 6-digit code after logging in, your account has multi-factor authentication (MFA) enabled.
Enter the code from your authenticator app to continue
