What’s happening

How to fix it
Try these steps:
- Refresh the page and try again in a new thread
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
- Try a different browser (we recommend Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge)
- Make sure you’re using a regular browser window (not incognito/private mode)
In many cases, simply refreshing the page and starting a new thread resolves the issue.
