If you’re being signed out of Blue J repeatedly, it’s usually related to your session or browser activity.
Why this happens
This can occur when:
- Your session has timed out
- Multiple Blue J tabs are open at the same time
- Different tabs are using conflicting session states
How to fix it
In most cases, you can resolve this by refreshing your session:
- Log out of Blue J
- Close all open Blue J tabs
- Open a single new tab at https://app.askbluej.com/
- Log back in
Using only one active tab helps prevent session conflicts.
Tips to avoid this issue
- Avoid having multiple Blue J tabs open at once
- Bookmark https://app.askbluej.com/ and always log in from that page
- Log out fully when you’re finished using the platform
